Logo sizing -- for fixed left menu bar

I have a logo with is vertical.  I need to resize it for my fixed left menu bar.  I need to adjust height and width. Please help.

Also,  since re-sizing menu bars/headers, to fix various sizes of logos, is such a common issue why not build this feature into your themes?  You know, like X-theme and U-Design.

 Until you build it in, why not have a featured LOGO Help section here in the help forum, with the answers to the most common logo issues answered. Place the LOGO Help section  right in the beginning of this Forum where it is easy to find.
