I can't figure out where to enter my email address so it appears as an icon like Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. The site is www.dougrichardson.com.

If you mean e-mail and phone number that are on the left side in Action Bar, you can set them up under Theme options > Menu & Action Bar > Action Bar section.

Kind of. But I don't want to display the address. I just want an envelope icon centered with my Facebook, Twitter, etc. icons.

This is not possible then because to add envelope icon next to the other social icons, requires files customization.
