Subcategories in sidebarmenu

In my right sidebar I have "muffin menu" widget and there I have my custom menu with 3 categories and subcategories. I want make that when I click or hover on category, comes out subcategory. My settings for widget: http://i.imgur.com/wNIaPIS.png

Maybe I need another widget or smth? Thanks

Hi,

the settings looks fine so the problem must be with categories themselves because if sub-menus would be configured properly, siblings should appear.

Here you can see that I've added menu and submenu items. What's wrong?
