to remove those post meta, you need to use extra css:

.single-portfolio .post-header .post-meta { display: none !important; }

You are using item while options are for portfolio/blog pages, not items. So these options won't work in your case.

All - 2005 - 2006- 2007-2008-2012-2014-2015-2016...

[after]

All- 2016-2015-2014-2012-2008-2007-2006-2005...

How to do? Please.......

At this moment it's not possible but we will consider this while theme updates.
