Toggle & FAQ Won't Open

I'm noticing that when I use a toggle or FAQ shortcode it works fine on all my browsers on the desktop but on my mobile devices ( iPad and iPhone) they will not open and stay in the closed state. Any information as to what might be going on or a solution to fix it would be most appreciated.
