Hello, I have a serious problem.

My website has problems, when a slider plugin is active works with a lot lag and the screen moves alone

This problem only occurs on devices with android google chrome browser

I need help, urgently.

we did checked your site but we have no idea what this might be. We did checked it and looks like this is how rev slider plugin works on android with chrome.

Like we wrote above, this is how rev slider works on this android with revolution slider. There is unfortunately nothing what we can do to change this behave because it's independent on theme.
