Blog Muffin Builder "Read More" text using classic style

Hello, 

On our archives page [Links visible only for registered users] you will see each post listed and each below you will see the text/hyperlink for "Read more" below each post to "Order CD". 
  1. I need the ability to customize the "Read more" text when using the "blog" muffin builder on a page. see link above. 
  2. I need to be able to customize the URL this specific text links to, instead of the post itself. (instead of "Read more" i want this text to read "Order CD" and use the custom url to direct the visitor to a url outside of our domain. 
Your help as soon as possible would be much appreciated.
