As we can see, you moved this icon with custom css and that's why icon overlap menu. Please move this icon to the left side because that's the only way to do not overlap menu. Or what else you can do is move responsive menu down with the following css:

I use the dentist lauoyt and I have no ide why it is not look like dentist mobile version
I checked my css, there is no custom css which overlap menu:
