Can't load custom menu + header

in Menu / Mega menu
I can't seem to get my headers and menus to work properly.  I select a header and most often than not my menu doesn't show up.  There are only a couple headers where I can get my menu to display and it doesn't display properly -- at least not the way the header is displayed in the image selected.

Also, I can't get my menu to display the drop down levels.  I just displays the 1st level menu.

    my website is down for updates.  But I'm still not able to get the headers to work.  It just shows my logo...nothing else.  It won't display my menu no matter what header I choose.

    I want to use the "classic" header with my menu to the right.

    Please tell me how I can get this menu to work -- this is really frustrating.

    Let us know when site will be online then because without it, we have no idea what might be wrong.

    I can't re-publish my site without a menu.

    I need the header menu to work.  Isn't there anything else you can do to point me in a direct of a fix?

    If you can tell me a time when you can look at my site.  I can see if I can publish it for a moment for you to look at -- but then I would need it to go back in Under Construction mode.

    We can not tell you what time we can have a look on it because you are not the only one who got a questions. Each of them, we check in proper queue from the oldest one to newest. But you can always send us private message with access for example.
