Third Footer area a different color in mobile mode
The third footer area of my home page is black in mobile mode; however, every other area of my site shows as gold like I formatted it. Since the font is also black in this section, it is not visible. www.thefabjourney.com

as we can see, you use background image for footer which is not tall enough for mobile devices what is obvious behave. So or you need to upload taller background (it's not good idea because site would be much heavier) or use the following css to repeat background in footer:
#Footer { background-repeat: repeat; }
