hi

in wordpress admin, in settings, i can write Site Title & Tagline.

how can i show it on my site? on pages' header ? near the logo? under the logo? on center of header?

Hi,

you can not display them anywhere. Those tabs can be displayed in the code only.

can i add next to the logo a sentence (in live text) "best auto parts" or any other slogan ???

No, we do not have such option. This requires files customization.
