Menu hiding content

Hi there,

I'm finding a problem in my website: http://www.theonepixel.com/spnl/. When I'm on this page http://www.theonepixel.com/spnl/privacidade/ the menu is not working correctly.

When I click the items in the menu it does not scroll down to the correct point in the respective areas in the homepage. The menu is actually hiding the content in those areas.

Can you please check what might be the problem.

Hi,

sorry but we don't get your question. We did checked your site and everything looks fine. When we click on http://www.theonepixel.com/spnl/#equipa it scrolls properly to the right section. It works exactly as should so we don't understand what you mean.

Sorry it wasn't clear.

So, when I'm on this page: http://www.theonepixel.com/spnl/privacidade/ and click on "Proposta" (http://www.theonepixel.com/spnl/#proposta), for example, I go the homepage and the what appears is this, when it should be this. And please notice that in this particular case the underline on the menu is also wrong; what appears is this, when it should be this.

We know what you mean very well but it does not work the same on our side. When we click on "Proposta" (http://www.theonepixel.com/spnl/#proposta) then this is what we get http://pasteboard.co/2kMFW57e.png - we did checked in both (mac and pc) in different browsers and in all it works exactly the same what means the problem must be on your end.

Wait, but that happens when you click the menu on the homepage.

When you are on a different page, like the one I'm saying that it's called "Privacidade" (http://www.theonepixel.com/spnl/privacidade/) and you click that menu that's not what happens.

And I've tested the website on a mac and on a pc and in different browsers: safari, opera and chrome - this is also happening...

Yes, exactly, this works as we explained above. On any computer or browser, we do not see any yellow content at the top. Links on 100% goes to the right sections. Like we said, there must be something on your end for sure because your case hasn't been checked by us only. We passed it to 2 of our colleges who confirmed that it works exactly as we presented above on screenshot.

How can that be a problem in all my browsers and devices?!? That does not make any sense!

I've also checked on iPad and iPhone and it looks the same!!!

Are you sure you're checking in the right place? This only happens if you use the menu in the page Privacidade (http://www.theonepixel.com/spnl/privacidade/) that takes you to the respective sections in the homepage!

YES, we are sure! We did checked on iPad and iPhone and it also does not work the same as on your side. We did even checked on 3 different iphones and 2 ipads. Please understand that until we can not re-create "whatever it is" on our side, there is nothing what we can do. This can not be theme problem if it works on our side. We did also similar one test solution on our end (using our WP and hosting) and it works fine what means this can not be theme issue.
