Where to add javascript

I have been asked to add the following code just before the <head/>
tag to the global header on my site.

Is this added under the Muffin options / custom CSS&JS section? Or is there somewhere else I need to add this?

this requires files customization what in reference to Item Support Policy is not allowed. So if you want to modify files and don't know how, you should contact with your web developer. If you will tell us if you meant opening or closing head tag, we would be able to tell you which file is responsible for it. The tag you pasted above is WRONG!

In reference to question about wrong code, take a look once again <head/> and tell us if this tag looks fine for you. If it looks fine, we suggest to read some articles about html tags in Google.
