Hide and show sections on mouse click

Hello,

I am working on a website with a lot of content per page (mostly text). I have subdivided this into 5 sections. Is it possible to hide these sections (by default) and show a section when a button is clicked (and hide it again on a mouse click)?

These 5 section are 'controlled' by 5 buttons in a section above (not the menu). Is it also possible to have this section always visible (like the menu option), so when you scroll down the section is always visible at the top of the screen?
