In my website i imported demo Be | B & W www.giorgiaguzzo.it,
but I do not understand why the images are low resolution, even when I change the image resolution remains low, why?

you probably did not changed media settings. Please take a look at http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/938/problem-with-image-size-in-shop-slider-media-images-settings-sizes to understand how to change images sizes. Also after above modifications, you need to use https://wordpress.org/plugins/force-regenerate-thumbnails/ because wordpress create thumbnails while upload.
