I'm trying to figure out why i cant get the demo data to upload into my websites. I will paste the picture of the error message i am receiving. We are aware that the issue most likely is on our end. I have access to the guy who controls my server, so we are just trying to see iff someone else has run into these issues. Thank you guys!image

    WordPress function wp_remote_get() test failed. Looks like your server is not fully compatible with WordPress. Contact your hosting provider.

    Hi,

    looks like your server is not fully compatible with WordPress. Demo settings can not be imported automatically because your server does not work with wp_remote_get() function which uses loopbacks. In such case, you must import settings manually because you have default footer active instead of the custom one we made especially for this demo.

    1. Please unzip betheme.zip file and go to betheme/functions/importer/demo/be/your-demo-name folder.
    2. Open options.txt file and copy the content.
    3. Under the dashboard, please navigate go to Theme Options > Import & Export section and click "Import from File" button.
    4. Please paste previously copied the content and click "Import" button.


    Where is theme Options > Import & Export section ? I've looked everywhere

    Still cant find this option. using 12.3

    I'm also having this problem and cannot find the "Import & Export" section anywhere. Only "options" tab is "BeTheme Options" which doesn't have the section. Help?

    We are sorry guys but we changed the name of this section to Backup & Reset. So Import & Export is now called Backup & Reset.
