betheme problem

hi, I bought betheme, but I have serious problems to install it.
downloading the complete zip file does because installation is missing the style.css file, installing wordpress theme with ftp program detects it but it generates this error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_product () in /home/mydomanin/public_html/wp-content/themes/betheme/functions/theme-head.php on line 791

in fact, after reading the guide I installed the theme via FTP and the error continues to appear not loading the template and consequently site

We do not have the same error as you do. As you can see http://pasteboard.co/2tRuqkyI.png the error we get is not related with theme. Looks like your files are incomplete. What we suggest in this case is re-install WP and theme files but via FTP only. So please just replace existing files on FTP with the new one.

ok sorry, I would not be rude to you and true errors are different, but I assure you that not a wordpress problem and even the missing files that are not betheme , your template as I loaded on four different sites and I always the same mistake , and on all the sites it also loaded the theme enfold , avada and genesis , and they are all fully functional only betheme not then loads in my ignorance i think that the problem is right there

This theme is already installed in 30.000 different locations and everywhere works what means the problem is somewhere on your end only. It means, this problem can not be related with theme and we are 100% sure about that! We suggest to play with FTP like we already wrote above.

I bought your theme because it is really very nice functional even seen him turn and nn I have anything to say and this convinced me to change my dress to the site to give it a more attractive fluid footprint. having said that my site is up with pages and articles, and nn I can reset everything to try to change the theme that for me it is a hobby and do nothing in life because of the weather door nn own
