[Solved] Updates and forum access forever or 6 months?

I'm confused about the 6 months of support.. does support include access to these forums or does that mean support tickets? Just wondering if we have access to the forums long term or if it's a paid thing after 6 months.

Same goes for the theme, long term free updates or is that part of 'support'? 

Thanks.. and I apologize if it's been asked/answered already, I did try to find an answer quickly but couldn't.

    This is the first time I've ever come across a pay-only support forum for a tech-driven company but okay.. thanks for the response. 

    And what about future updates, is that limited to 6 months as well or will I continue to get updates after?

    BTW if you had these forums open, you guys wouldn't be bothered nearly as much.. check out wordpress forums or Microsoft, IBM, Cisco, Dell, Google, etc etc.

    Updates are lifetime and are not limited just like support. But the forum can not be open unfortunately.
