Background cover showed even when i disable it!

Hey!

i made 2 different rows in Visual composer. One that i want to be shown in mobile (disabled all the other devices) and the other one to work in all the other devices but mobile.

i don't see in mobile the other row, but i do see in desktop the Mobile background cover (not the content ! it drives me crazy. What can i do?

this is how it looks (look at the bottom - you can see the other cover of the second row who only meant to mobile devices)

Help someone? Please!

Class responsible for hiding it on desktop is for the column only, not for the whole row what you can see on http://pasteboard.co/2wWNepU5.png - if you send us dashboard access privately, we can have a look on it.
