I trying to make a opacity on the text in the column
How can I do this?

Hey,
please set class name for this column first and then let us know so we can have a look on it and tell you how to make this background transparent with some custom css.

We meant Custom | Classes NAME, not title.

This is place where you have Projeto text. And because you set this class name already, we can give you css to set transparent background now:
.column.Projeto > div { background-color: rgba(255,255,255,0.5) !important; }
