I Cannot Get the Social/Action Bar to Display

I have enabled the Action Bar. I have added the links for FB. I have also enabled the Social Top Menu in Appearance > Menus but the social icon still will not display. Is there something else that I can try to get the social icon for facebook to show up at the top of the page. The page is:
