Tabs Content Disappeared

I have used the "Tabs" icon on my website, I have placed 4 tabs within the item and all was working well.

All of a sudden through no change 3 of the tabs content is not appearing on the website, only the first tab appears.

Thanks. As we can see, you have 4 tabs but just 1st got the content. Please open your website in Firefox html mode (CTRL+U) and check how many html errors you got. Please fix them first and all should be fine.

I have done so and fixed all HTML errors, only 1 tab content still appearing.

Have tried also creating a new tabs block and when I add content to them the same issue occurs.

No, you didn't. As you can see on http://pasteboard.co/2NJgY40s.png </body> closing tag is still red color what means you still got errors somewhere.
