You can not use slider and other similar stuff inside popup because plugins like revolution slider resize themselves and non of our options does not have any impact on it. This is the reason why it does not work. Inside popup, you can use videos, images and text only.

prettyphoto size can be changed under Theme options > Addons & Plugins > Addons section.
