As you can see on http://pasteboard.co/8v8PhYr.png you have some JS errors which are not related with theme at all. We suggest to remove woocommerce files via FTP and upload them same way once again because looks like something is wrong with Woo files. Before that, you can disable other plugins as well to be sure that one of them is not the culprit.
Yes, we know. It's WooCommerce. You can see it on our demo http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/shop Thousands of users also use this plugin on their side so please do not tell us that WooCommerce does not work because it's NOT TRUE. We suggest to remove everything and start again with fresh WP, WooCommerce and BeTheme installation.
Done it 3 times it is not but there only so many ways to install a plugin and a wordpress site. Do you have any other suggestions because it does not work . Only have 2 other plugins installed and I deactivated them still problems. Made a fresh install and once woo is activated the menus go away. It would be great if It did work like your demo
@jrucker We may have a look on it if you will send us private message with dashboard and FTP access but if this won't be related with theme (we are pretty sure it's not) it will cost you because plugins customization and other stuff in reference to Item Support Policy are not included.
