Remove Muffin Group from footer

I have read several forum discussions on removing Muffin Group from the footer; however, none of them work for my version of BeTheme. 

The first said to go to General - Layout - change footer info (below choose Favicon), but there is nothing below choose Favicon. The next said to go to Customize - Footer, but there is no Footer option in customize. Then, I read one that said to go to Appearance - Theme License, but there is no theme license under appearance. 

How do I remove Muffin Group from the footer, other than those 3 options.
