Hello,

I contact with you because I have problems when I create a new page. When I try to create a new item, I cant open the window with the differents icons (columns, lists, images...). Please, I need a solution.

1. Under Theme options > Custom CSS & JS > Custom CSS section you have an css line responsible for that line:

#Footer .footer_copy { background: #21293f url(http://civitfun.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2015/07/home_software_footer_bg.png) repeat-x left bottom; border: 0; }

So if you want to remove this colorful line in footer, please remove above css line.

2. Do you mean to put background image in footer or what?

Hi,

I have a problem. I have deleted accidentally the Cutom CSS of my theme "BeSoftware" and now my web is different. How can I recover it? If I import the demo again, will I lose what I have done?

*Can you send me the CSS of this theme?

To get back your custom css, you need to contact with your admin and ask him for backup from the time when everything was fine. That's the only way to get options back.
