Windows Explorer crash

I have a big problem with my be theme installation.
Every time I try to make access from Windows Explorer the browser crash and stop working with a popup alert.
What can it be?

    what IE version you mean? We did checked your site in IE and all is good. We did not noticed any crash problem.

    We did checked it several times on few different computers and have no idea what might be the reason because on our end all works fine. As you can see on http://pasteboard.co/N3nr0fQ.png all is fine in IE11.

    We have found the problem. It was a youtube embed in the code that cause a critical error in explorer.
