Text background color block

Hello,

You will see the text at the top of my website has a white background behind it. I am trying to contain this background to just be behind each section and nt all blended together. I've added the Background Color #ffffff, to the text Column and the Button Column, however there is a large white box displaying that extends far down beyond the text and button.

The text "808 Accounting Services, So you can focus on what you do best. Serving Kauai & Beyond"

Any help on adjusting this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Eric,

please take a look at http://pasteboard.co/1bjkQTaN.png and see where you set this padding exactly. Hope that would help you a lot.

That was extremely helpful, pointed me in the right direction and worked great, thank you!

I have one more addition to this thread.

What is the best way to set the opacity of this white background?
I added opacity: 0.6; to the <div style... section, however it adjusted the text transparency and not the background.

To make this background transparent, you need to use RGBA color just as you can see it on http://pasteboard.co/1cGqlI2n.png

Is there a place within Muffin Builder where I can enter the background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.7);"?

I tried entering this in place of the background color #FFFFFF within the Column's background color, however this did not work.

You supposed to replace current #FFF color of column with rgba just like we did it on http://pasteboard.co/1ebjzXIr.png
