Making image fit in a certain area

In the following attachment- i would like to make the picture down down to the bottom so it fits in the space next to the other image, how can I do this? I tried changing image size and it did not do anything. Click attachment to see it.

What is that item? We are sorry but we really do not understand what you want to do exactly. Is this a column with your own content or it's one of pre-defined items? Would be great if you can drop us more details about what you need.

Basically what I am trying to do is make the picture of the plane go from the top of the section to the bottom of it, so it fills the whole column up, it is my own content

Ok. Did you tried to use WRAPS then? You supposed to have 2 wraps, one on the left where the image is and one on the right side where text with image under is. Please try to do it that way.
