Changing the google tab

Hello, i believe i have changed everything I am supposed to do, but a previous customer name, which i dont want to show keeps appearing in the google tab next to the favicon, where do i change it www.4palmsresort.com - it is showing Willkris resort across the top and i cannot see where to change it .

i have of course changed it in appearance but it wont go away

are you talking about the title of your site? Would be great if you can show us on screenshot what you mean.

OK - erm and do i send that as a private message?

my screen capture is sat on my desktop and your image attach button ask for a url? (am I stupid ? lol)
