Hi, I'm building a one page site and having trouble changing the text color in each section. Is there a code I'm supposed to be entering in before the text? I will need different colors for different sections, so making it universal is not really an option.

to change text colors per different sections, or you need to set class names for sections and then cooperate with css under Theme options > Custom CSS & JS > Custom CSS section or you can try to wrap texts into span tag, like:
