Popup Contact Form for mobile

There is an option to show a popup Contact Form on mobile devices? I can't find an option in muffin builder.

OK and another question please..the margin in the top and the bottom of the page look much bigger in mobile version than the desktop version.

The margin between the logo to the top of the page:

The main point- I want is to decrease the height of the whole page.

Yes, now it's ok. So to decrease those padding, you need to use the following css:

@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
    .header-stack #Top_bar:not(.is-sticky) #logo { padding: 0 !important; }
    #Footer .widgets_wrapper { padding: 0 !important; }
    #Footer .footer_copy .one { margin-bottom: 0 !important; }
}

But to decrease the padding between the logo and first section, you need to decrease padding for section locally. If you look at http://pasteboard.co/1JfYb3uI.png you see what padding we mean.
