Social Icons widget for Footer #1 section
How is possible add a social widget for footer #1 section as http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/?
I only have a text widget to add a social icons and links by code.

If you mean "If you are ..." section, it's Call To Action section which can be set under Theme options > Footer section. But if you want to set only one widget, just select full width layout for footer widget.
