Muffin Builder Video Not working - BETheme

I am using the included Muffin Builder. I've tried using the video item on my page but no matter which option I use - YouTube, Vimeo, Mp4 - the video receives a playback error: "An error occurred, please try again later."

The video embeds but does not play the linked video.

Did you pasted VIDEO ID just as it has been described next to the field or you decided to use full url what is not allowed?

That wasn't made very clear in the instructions, but you are correct. You MUST remove the url in order for this feature to work:

It`s placed in every YouTube & Vimeo video, for example:
YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WoJhnRczeNg
Vimeo: http://vimeo.com/62954028

In other words, remove the url portion of the address and only use the video ID (underlined portion).

Underlined portion is VIDEO ID and this is what supposed to be pasted into video field. And please understand that we can not remove the whole link as when we did it in the past, we have tons of questions like: What is video link, where can we get it from, where from can we get the video id, etc. This is the reason why we can not remove link.

Hi, I pasted the id video from youtube/vimeo in my portfolio but that doesn't work. And did try uploading a video from Video | HTML5 but only play the music, screen is black.

@stultitia1 We checked your site and if you will try to open .mp4 file http://agenciavault.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/02/Cuy-DEL-PUEBLO-QUILLASINGA1.mp4 you will see that it does not work what means the problem is with the video itself.

However, YT video is an interesting conundrum. Please send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason. Please don’t forget to let us know what for the access is.
