Main Navigation Doesn't Collapse for Mobile Size Devices

Hi, I took over working on this theme from another agency and on the demo site, the navigation collapses to a hamburger icon. The site http://ddkmarketing.com/ I am working doesn't collapse at any device width.

Theme version: Version: 9.7.3

Header options

Style: Classic

Options: Both unchecked

Image: None

Image | Attachment: Default

Minimalist: ON

Sticky: ON

Sticky | Style: White

    Hi Andrew,

    your site doesn't collapse because you turned off Responsive mode under Theme options > Responsive section.

    Hi muffingroup, we have that option turned on.

    Menu Settings

    We created a new menu "DDK Main"
    Theme locations: Main Menu | Depth 5 (Header Overlay 1)

    Responsive Settings

    Responsive: ON
    Options: Checked
    Menu Button | Text: MENU

    I just installed a child theme "Version: 1.6" as there wasn't one installed before which is now activated.

    I have also tried deactivating all plugins and that has had no effect.

    Update

    We tried updating the site to Version: 13.7 but this messed everything up. We had the website setup as full width mode with the updated theme.

    Ok, so what value you set for Responsive Menu Initial Width option under Theme options > Responsive section? Maybe that's the problem?
