Getting grey at top of some pages how do I correct this? Example http://inthedrone.co.uk/contact-us/

Hi,

it's content padding which can be removed under Theme options > Global > Advanced section.

I've done that but now the page has moved up into the menu, is they an easy way to fix this?

Yes, it is possible of course. Just choose other header type than Transparent. The current one is the whole sense of being transparent and this can not be changed.

Ok how come a desktop version is transparent but mobile devices are not and show a standard menu at the top?

To disable transparency for header on mobile, you need to turn off Transparent option under Theme options > Responsive section.
