Thumbnail sizes problem (Crop does not work)

The images on our website does not appear on the correct sizes.

The width is correct, based on the grids. However, each image has a different height, even if we select Hard Crop AND regenerate all thumbnails.

I already tried:

- The standard image sizes + hard crop

- Define just the height + hard / soft crop

Nothing seems to work. I have other WP themes that do it just fine - the images are perfectly square on the catalog. Is this a theme issue, or something with Visual Composer?

Ok, thanks. We checked your site and to make those images same sizes, you need to upload same sizes or even same proportions.

Can you include that as a future update to the theme? That would make much more sense.

I have never seen a website that cannot handle hard crops.

Really? Where did you saw such option then? Because it our opinion the images using such option won't never look good.

I use a theme called Total with Visual Composer and it works fine.The theme "The Retailer" also keep all Woocommerce images in the same size.

I started using BeTheme a while ago and I love it. You are excellent developers!

So maybe adding this feature on the CSS would make it even better.

Did you saw what images for Total theme you got? http://totaltheme.wpengine.com/base/wp-content/uploads/sites/7/aviator1.jpg (1000x1100px) while for the Betheme you uploaded images that are only 300x300. That's the whole reason.

I believe you are right!!

Even for the thumbnails, that are 200x200 or 360x360 it doesn't work when it cannot crop at 500x500.

I will try to find larger images.
