First Pricing Box Strange Formatting

Hi
There is a problem with this pricing box, it is obtaining strange formatting from somewhere, how do we fix this please? We have re-created the entire box and tried a new box on a new page but it still has the same problem. See this page the first pricing item it is green and formatting is not working correctly /  same as the other boxes.

    Please open your website in Firefox html mode (CTRL+U) and check how many html errors you got. Please fix them first and everything would be fine.

    Did you opened your site in Firefox html mode just like we told you above? This is the only way to see those errors.

    Yes I have opened this in FireFox twice, but how do I determine what the errors are and how do I fix them? I do not see any errors which could be causing this problem.

    We built the page using your page builder, how the red code got in there I don't know. Please can you help us to fix this, we are asking you kindly for help in this regard. We don't know how to fix it despite seeing red bits of code. Thank you kindly.

    We are sorry but we can't unfortunately. What you ask for in reference to Item Support Policy is not included into support. The bugs were made by you, your developer or any other person who had an access to the dashboard. These bugs may also come from extra plugins. If you will install fresh/clean version of theme and you would import any of pre-built websites, you will see that all are out of any errors. Please also notice that we are not your website developer, so we didn't build your site and we have no idea where the problem might be done. So if you won't be able to find it yourself, you should contact with your web developer.
