  I have managed to fix the 3rd issues, could you please advise 

  1. how can i make the slider images to look without zoomed in

If you will check, you see that we do not work on the weekends so messages as above, are completely unnecessary.
  
  Anyway, below we are going to reply on your questions:
  
  1. The image you used for slider background is only 800x600px what you can see on http://kajariatiles.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/slider1_1.jpg - so how you expect this image to be? Because we are not sure. If you use such small images, and the slider extends them to edges, pictures must lose their quality.
  
  2. To stand out the logo, you need to use Overflow Logo option under Theme options > Global > Logo section.

  We usually recommend to use FULL HD images (1920x1080px).

  Thanks, I followed your advise regarding the "overflow logo" but this is not actually what i want, maybe I didn't put my words properly.

  
  

  all I want is 

  
  

  either a transparent layer/bar behind the menu so that the menu stand out from the slider images 

  or if I could get a look and feel like a fixed header (when i scroll the site up)

  
  

  My whole motive is to make the menu stand out from the slider as the text disappear when images beneath it changes with lighter background e.g. 2nd image with lamp or 4th image of swimming pool
