Iframe and mouse scroll

Hi.

I used this code on "column"

<iframe src="http://ocarapau.com/engsteel/politicas/politicaspt.html"  height="250px" frameborder="0" style="overflow-x:hidden" allowfullscreen></iframe>

Works well because the html page is responsive.

The only problem is, by doing scroll on the main page with the mouse when arriving the iframe the mouse scroll stops!

Am I doing correctly by inserting the iframe in a column? 

There is any iframe option for muffin builder for external pages? I cannot find it. Thanks
