My website is not already online, so I can't send you a link.
I've created an homepage with only a slider and on this page
I would like to erase the menu.

So if you are sure and mean just menu, then you can use following css:

.page-id-xxx #Top_bar .menu_wrapper { display: none !important; }

where xxx is page id.
