Hi,

you can do it in Theme options > Getting started > Portfolio section.

I can change only a single item slug. I need to change portfolio category slug (portfolio-types)

Ohh, ok we missed that. This unfortunately can't be changed at this moment. But we already added your suggestion to customers wishlist and we'll think about it while future updates.
