Demo Won't Download

Hi!

Whenever I try to download a demo I receive the following message: 

Sorry, there has been an error.
The file does not exist, please try again.

I have looked up possible reasons for why this is happening and from what I could find it was suppose to be due to the theme not being up to date. I updated the theme to its latest version and the above message is still occurring.

Any thoughts on why this is happening?
