No raw/text shortcode button in my toolbar

Hi,
There is no button raw/text shortcode in my toolbar of the editor page. This: http://snag.gy/vBT9A.jpg

My toolbar is like this: http://www.rienzicomunica.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/08/screenshot_340.png

How so? What's the problem?

What this green button with plus do then? If this is not button for shortcodes, then please send us access to your wp dashboard and we`ll have a look on it (this button was green in older theme version and have no idea where this did come from in your case).

I've fixed the problem.
I've deactivate and activate all plugins. Probably there was a plugin's conflict.

Hi. I have the same issue.
I tried to desactivate and activate all plugins with no success.
Can you tell me which plugin works for this icon, or file, I could send again ?

@slecouster We have no idea which plugin it is exactly. You must deactivate all and also clear whole cache because this could be the issue as well. But if this won't work, then please re-install theme to latest version.

The problem came from my wordpress version.
I didn't upgrade to the 4.0 version.
Since done, it works.
