Changing how the blog-roll looks like

I'd like to change a few things about the display of blogs using the masonry style.
My setup is like this: "Blog"-item, 3 items showed, masonry style on the frontpage.
Things I'd like to change:
1. There is a grey background/frame around the thumbnail of each post which i would like to remove
2. Change the "Read more" to another language
3. Remove the "heart"/like function and the "comments"-function
Is there a central place i can control all these things? I can't find it in the editor.
