Padding between sections

The gap between any two sections
how can this be reduced so for example
an image and the text below are nearly touching

When you built page, you can edit "Section" item and inside you can setup padding top and padding bottom to 0.

Yes I have seen this the gap is still very wide i have tried using a negative number such as -20 but still no luck.
