I'm using the "Below Slider" header and am wondering what CSS I can use to control the placement of the logo and links:

Ok, thanks. So to move the logo to the right side when it's sticky, you need to use the following css:

#Top_bar.is-sticky #logo { margin-left: 80px !important; }

But if you want to move menu to the left side, you need to deactivate "Align to Right" option under Theme options > Menu & Action Bar > Menu section.

Great, thanks! Is it possible to have the menu aligned to the left side but to always have the hamburger aligned to the right?

To have responsive menu aligned to the right side, you need to deactivate Sticky Menu on mobile option.

Is this an option that I can select within the WP theme or would you be able to suggest CSS code to use?

Yes, this is an option which can be disabled under Theme options > Responsive section.
