BeTheme Options and Customize menus not loading

Hi,

We have BeTheme installed and Wordpress 4.5.3. The BeTheme Options and the Customize pages under the Appearance tab fail to load, giving us no access to the theme customization. We have tried a few things we found on your support forum, but cannot figure out how to fix this issue. We have updated our PHP version as we read that we needed at least version 5.6. This has not fixed the problem. 

Please help.
