Good Day

I am having difficulty getting the same styling for woocommerce that you have shown in your "Shop" themes. Have these themes used specific styling for the shop templates?

Example in the http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/pharmacy/
I am unable to get the same affect with the image hover offers where the shopping cart link come up on the image hover over.

Is this styling specific to each theme? If not how do I add the styling to my site?

no, we didn't set nothing special. It's just a regular shop page. But could you explain which difference you mean exactly? What effect you would like to get on your site as it is on http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/pharmacy/ ?

I am talking about the gray border around the images and the shopping cart image when you hover over an image or when you hover over the image the image zooms.

I do not have that styling?

But the link you sent us above, has nothing to shop page. Our page is a WooCommerce page while your is not. It's just a plain page.
