Seems like the Subscribe button is being stripped off.

Any ideas ?

Ok, got it. So to display the button of this extra plugin, you need to use the following css:

#mc_embed_signup .clear {
    height: auto;
    overflow: visible;
}

It's an external plugin that hasn't been tested with theme and that's why the button is invisible.
